Description:
The filtration mechanism of the filter is basically divided into two ways: interception filtration and adsorption filtration.
1. When the filtration efficiency is not high, such as for the filtration of particles above 30 microns, the diameter of the basic particles is larger than the aperture of the filter material, which is a typical interception filtration.
2. However, for particles less than 5 microns, the diameter is smaller than the filter material aperture, which belongs to adsorption filtration mode. Adsorption filtration is mainly used for high-performance diesel filter, and applied in diesel engine of electronically controlled common rail system.
